Delivery:
Video Walkthru will endeavour to deliver completed video presentations within ten (10) days of having captured the video footage, Video Walkthru will retain ownership of all video material that it is commissioned to take until full payment has been received.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be provided via phone, fax or email at least 24 hours before a scheduled video shoot. Any cancellations that are less than 24 hours notice will incur a $55 cancellation fee. Hosting agreements must be cancelled at least 7 days before the end of the month. Failure to do so will result in the next monthly payment being considered due.
Out-of-hour shoots:
Video shoots that take place outside 8amÐ5pm working hours at the clients request will be subject to a 20% loading.
Wait time:
Wait time due to client not being adequately prepared for the video shoot will be charged at $20 per 15 minutes.
Travel:
Locations outside the metro area (more than 30kms from GPO) will incur a $0.50/km travelling fee.
Liability:
Video Walkthru will undertake all due care to deliver video presentations in good condition. Video WalkthruÕs liability for any loss or damage incurred by a client as a result of an order not being fulfilled due to Video Walkthru not being able to supply a video presentation through defective video material will be limited to refunding any payments that have been paid by the client. The client agrees to report any defects within 7 days of having received the video presentation. Failure to do so will void any claim that the client may have.
Copyright:
Video Walkthru retains the authority to use all copyright and trademarks in its products. and Video Walkthru reserves the right to print a copyright disclaimer on all of its products. Video Walkthru also reserves the right to include a hyper-link to its own website form the video presentations that it produces. No material produced by Video Walkthru may be modified, adapted, sold or re-branded without the explicit written permission of Video Walkthru.
Right of use:
Video Walkthru reserves the right to use a client Ôs, video presentation material in promotion of its own products without the need to reimburse the client in any way.
Payment Conditions:
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving Video WalkthruÕs invoice. Late payments may incur an extra charge at Video WalkthruÕs discretion. Ongoing monthly, contractual payments are due 7 days from the start of each month.
